At my current day job, I am in a difficult, long term commited relationship with this beauty:
I feed her expensive, fancy food that hardens under the sun. Out of it, she tries to make beautiful plastic babies in all sorts of shapes and sizes.
Often, they come out a bit Quasimodo.
Sometimes it is because the food was not that good.
Sometimes I have forgotten to mix it well. Since she has no means of mastication, I have to shake it before she eats.
Other times the babies become too heavy for her womb. If they do not keep perfectly still during birth, there is no chance for them. For the Nexa spawn, it is stillborn or never born at all.
I had to perform surgery on her guts twice now. Replacing her entire means of making the wonders that she does so well is no simple feat. Fortunately, her brain works as well as when she arrived to our humble company garage last summer.
And even after her spawn comes out, it still needs lots of care. There is the post birth immersive ultrasonic bath to take care of the primordial soup that still clings to their bodies thanks to the surface tension of liquids. Then they have to be washed down, dried and placed into the chamber. Inside, powerful UV light emitters blast them with intense cosmic rays, turning them from soft teensies to life hardened adults.
Then comes the hard part.
They still keep the supports that made sure that they wouldn´t move even a tenth of a milimeter on their flesh. I have to strip them off.
I am still learning the art of cosmetic surgery, trying to get their surface smooth and shiny, so that their new potential adoptive parents could fall in love with them and eventually buy their own Nexa waifu to make babies of their own design.
It is not easy to live with her. Fortunately, I do not have to cover her costs, cause she can sure act as a golddigger most of the time.
